What type of classes are available in the Armanino Academy?
Hands-On: These are interactive, live technical classes with expert instructors to deepen your knowledge.
Watch & Learn: These are webinar-style technical courses that go in-depth with our experts to strengthen your technical expertise.
Informative Webinars: These webinar options enable your team to become more informed on your business solutions and explore ways to meet your business strategies.
Education Programs: Our more intimate Education Programs offer a more personal learning series tailored to your team’s unique needs.
Can I share my login information with other members of my team?
The link you receive to join the Zoom session is specific to you. You must use your unique URL when joining the class, and cannot share it with other members of your team. If someone else wants to login to the class, they will need to register individually.
How do I attend class?
The day before the class begins, you will receive a reminder email along with specific information for attending the class. Be sure to add the calendar invite at the bottom of the email as it contains your registration link.
Can I ask questions during the class?
Yes! You are encouraged to ask questions and be interactive during the class. When the class starts, the instructor will inform attendees on how to ask questions during the class.
What if I miss a class?
If you did not cancel your registration prior to the class, please contact the Academy at Academy@armaninollp.com so that we can discuss options with you.
Cancellation Policy
If you paid for a registration as a Guest, and cancel your registration 10 days or more before the class date, you will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
If you paid for a registration as a Guest, and cancel your registration 9 days or less before the class date, you will be refunded 75% of the registration fee.
If you used an Academy Code to register for a class, your code will be increased by 1 for a cancellation so that you can use the code to register for a different class.
In the unforeseen circumstance where the Academy has to cancel a class, you will have the option to register for another Academy class, or be given a full refund.

How do I find my Academy Code if I lost it?
Email the Academy at Academy@armaninollp.com. Include your company's name and how you received your code. For example, as part of an Implementation, a Managed Services plan, etc. The Academy will research and get back to you.
How do I get notified of upcoming classes?
Go to the Contact Us page and complete the form. Be sure to check the box next to Receiving emails when new classes are added in the I am interested in.
